Our hiring path

A journey that allows us to get to know you—and gives you the opportunity to understand Nami’s DNA.

  • 1. Intros

    If your profile catches our interest, you’ll be invited to an interview with one of our managers to discuss your background, professional experience, and motivation to join us. It will also be a great opportunity for us to introduce you to Nami — our expertise, our values, and who we are. Your English proficiency will also be assessed during this conversation.

  • 2. Your skills

    This interview is designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your consulting skills. You will be invited to work on a case study tailored to your level of experience. The interview will be conducted by two consultants or managers from Nami.

  • 3. The Nameeting

    After the second interview, you'll have the opportunity to have an informal chat with a Nami consultant. This will be your chance to ask any questions you may have about Nami — without being evaluated — so you can be sure that Nami is the right fit for you.

  • 4. Closing Phase

    During this final interview, you will meet one of Nami’s co-founders, who will confirm your integration into the team. You will have another opportunity to demonstrate your motivation to join us, and you’ll also discuss more practical matters such as salary, position level, and start date.

  • Between each interview, you will be promptly informed whether or not you are moving on to the next stage. At least one of the interviews will be held in person at our Paris office.
  • After the final interview, if all recruitment steps are successfully completed and you accept our offer 🎉, you’ll begin a one-week onboarding journey as soon as you arrive. It includes team introductions, training sessions, and activities — plus, you’ll be supported from day one by your HR Manager.
