🧭 Landmark #1: Inclusive governance

Because it gives meaning to engagement and for us it's a matter of consistency: if we talk about collective intelligence, subsidiarity or empowerment to our clients, it must also be lived in our governance. Everyone has a voice. Our decisions are made collectively, transparently. What we build, we build together, whether during team meetings with all Namies, or through tools and dashboards accessible to everyone (on budget, our commercial actions, training, etc.) And as you can see, we are committed to genuine gender parity within the management committee.

🧭 Landmark #2: A framework for real autonomy

We all expect consultants to be autonomous. But at Nami we give them a framework to be fully autonomous. Because clarifying what we can do, how, within what scope... liberates more than it restricts. We establish some key practices such as the "Red Face Policy" or the "Triangle of Autonami" and we trust the curiosity and intelligence of teams to deploy themselves within it. This is what allows us to move fast, stay enthusiastic, aligned, balanced between professional and personal life, and make autonomy possible (and serene).

We move forward with what we know, what we question, and what we build with others. Our posture is expert, but never rigid. We work seriously, with high standards, but without unnecessary formalism. We prioritize lasting and honest relationships, whether with our clients, our partners or among ourselves. And sometimes, a bit of Nami humor, to connect, to breathe. Because that too creates trust, and stands the test of time.

At Nami, managing is not directing from the top: it's accompanying, paving the way, and passing the torch. It's about setting a framework, sharing reference points, and creating conditions so that everyone can take their place, make their choices, and progress with confidence. This is reflected, among other things, in our feedback culture with 360 collection tools, a skills matrix to be in the "growth mindset" etc. The idea is to empower others and remain present when it's useful, no more, no less.

Our management team

A journey shaped by consulting, passion… and friendship.

Consulting means dissecting organizations, challenging executives, solving problems that others see as unsolvable… and finding all that exciting. That’s what has driven us from the start.

We met throughout our careers — in major consulting firms tied to IT service companies, and later in a smaller firm where some of us helped launch a consulting division. Some met through firm acquisitions; others joined through not-so-random recruiting.

We’re pure consulting profiles, endlessly curious about how organizations evolve. And over the course of countless projects, sleepless nights (not just from RFPs, but long chats), and shared wins — new missions that excited us, clients with stars in their eyes, new recruits joining the adventure — we also became friends.

Sure, mixing business and friendship might seem risky. But instead of making it awkward or biased, we learned to make it a strength. Working together helped us embrace constructive conflict, foster authenticity in business, and grow through honest, demanding feedback.

After 8 years building and leading a 30-consultant team, that chemistry pushed us to create our own firm: human-scale, agile, client-dedicated, and free from the constraints of big structures. A firm where we can channel all our drive and commitment into transformative missions — convinced that the best solutions come from our ability to challenge one another… with trust and transparency.
